Meredith grew up taking dance classes in ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary from an early age. She attended a performing arts camp at Hofstra University and spent two weeks living in New York City attending classes at STEPS and Broadway Dance Center. As an adult, Meredith became a ballroom instructor after she and her husband took lessons before their wedding. A few years ago, she took a boxing class for the first time and was hooked from day one. She now practices Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at American Top Team Gwinnett in Lawrenceville. As a mother of 2-year-old boy-girl twins, Meredith’s life is in constant motion and often a bit hectic! She loves spending time with her family and exploring the South.
